Concerns dispute over the will of Richard Chadwick of Liverpool joiner deceased the father of John Chadwick. Disagreement over who should recieve a house on St Peters Street Liverpool and its furniture from the estate of Richard Chadwick. Taylor, Molyneux and Whatley are the trustees of the will and Esther Chadwick the wife of Richard Chadwick now deceased is also mentioned. Case focuses on inheritance of property only and does not mention the business, although as John Chadwick is a joiner in teh same place it seems likely he is carrying on his father's business.
