Bainolt v. Richards
Case brought by Israel Bainolt of Liverpool watchmaker against Nathaniel Richards and his commercial agents in Liverpool Messrs Hughes and Duncan. Bainolt claims that in August 1812 Richards came into his shop on Lord Street in Liverpool and selected a dozen watches to take overseas with him to sell. Richards paid by drawing annorder on Messrs Hughes and Duncan. Hughes and Duncan have refused to pay so Bainolt has brought a case against all three of them.
