The ‘Family and Business in North-west England, 1760-1820’ project is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, RES-062-23-0593.
The project is directed by Hannah Barker. Data was entered and analysed by Jane Hamlett, Mina Ishizu and Stephen Connolly. The database was designed and built by Phil Bradbury of the Humanities ICT team at the University of Manchester.
